About Khushdil (Lucky)

Khushdil Singh Mehrok better known as Lucky was born in Punjab, India. His father was a Doctor and his mother a Teacher. Growing up on a family farm not only made him community conscious but also a spiritual person who believed in blessings for everyone (Sarbat da Bhalla in Punjabi).

Later the family migrated to Toronto, Canada in 2006, where he started his career as a farm worker and general labor. He moved to trucking business in 2007 and slowly developed it into a successful trucking company

Despite the fact that he was doing wonders in his existing business, His desire to live in a smaller community like his own village, brought him to a small town called Indian Head, Saskatchewan.

This move gave family once again an opportunity to live under one roof and grow together by running a motel restaurant business.

Later they expanded the restaurant business to Regina, saskatoon areas and also started their own distribution company to help similar businesses across Saskatchewan.

Delivering to the Community

Lucky is a well-known name in the Punjabi community in and around Regina and among other Indian communities in the city. He has been very actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Sikh Society of Regina for the past many years.

He has been anonymously helping other local organisations in distributing free food to the needful. He believes that Regina has always been like a Home away from home and the community has welcomed thousands of families like his own with their arms wide open.

He believes that after years of receiving support and love from people of Regina , its his turn to give back to the community. He will be filling in nomination from Albert South and would need your support for a better tomorrow.

Lucky lives in Regina with his wife (Manny) and their beautiful daughters. As a result, he is dedicated to delivering for his community and building a better future for all of our children.

As your running MLA, it will be my privilege to represent the people of Albert South Regina Area. Our local area is a great place to live, work and raise a family.

I am here to listen to you and represent you effectively. I need to hear the issues affecting you so that I can provide you with the most up to date information about Government policies, priorities and present a strong voice in parliament for our community.

I want to learn more about how I can help you and your family. Keeping in touch with you views and opinions helps me to represent you.

My active involvement in the community has given me insight into the issues that matter for local residents. I want to work with all residents, businesses and community organisations in Regina South to make our community a better place to live and work.
